Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Read this before you use commonotherwise.garden. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

We Refer. We Do Not Do the Work.

Commonotherwise Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks. We do not repair septic systems or drain fields. We do not fix sewer lines or do any other plumbing. If someone works on your property, that is an independent provider, not Commonotherwise Septic.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

A referral is not an endorsement. We make no warranty about the quality, timing or cost of a provider's work, or its results. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, permits, certifications and conduct.

General Information

The content on this site is general. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Every septic system and sewer line is different. What fits one house may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices change with the job, the location, the system design, the soil and local permit rules. Ask the provider for a written quote before work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a problem. That depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent.

Safety

Septic tanks and sewage can hold harmful gases and bacteria. Tanks can be deep and open. Never climb into a septic tank. Never work near an open one. Keep children and pets away from wastewater. If anyone's life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Commonotherwise Septic when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site correct and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or without mistakes.
