What Commonotherwise Septic Is

Commonotherwise Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not do septic tank pumping. We do not repair septic systems or drain fields. We do not repair sewer lines. We do no other plumbing work.

When you phone the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with plumbing and septic providers in your area.

How We Earn Money

Providers or marketing partners may pay Commonotherwise Septic for the calls, form requests or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to. The provider sets the price.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Commonotherwise Septic. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, prices and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance, permits and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

A connection is not an endorsement of the provider's work. Also, because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on who is in our network at that moment.

It Is Your Call

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check licenses. Get a written quote. Compare it with other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked. Some may be recorded. We do this for quality, verification and billing.
