• Match you with an independent plumbing and septic provider in your area
• Hand your request details to that provider so they can reach you
• Reply to your questions and messages

• Make the site and the service better
• Follow the law and stop fraud or misuse

Who Gets It

Commonotherwise Septic is a referral service. When you ask for help, we pass your contact details and request to one or more independent providers or marketing partners. They use it to get in touch with you. They are separate businesses. Each has its own privacy practices.

We also share data with companies that help run the site and phone systems. Examples are hosting, analytics and call tracking. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some laws count sharing with marketing partners as a "sale" or "share." Where those laws apply, you may be able to opt out.
