Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to your use of commonotherwise.garden and the services Commonotherwise Septic offers through it. If you use the site, phone the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What We Do
Commonotherwise Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks. We do not repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines. We do not do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.
Providers Run Their Own Business
The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, what work they do or what results you get.
Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of license and insurance. Get the quote in writing.
Information Only
The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job. They are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. Where it applies, also check with your insurer and your local health department.
What We Ask of You
Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt it or try to get in without permission.
Calls, Texts and Emails
When you phone or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request. That may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop at any time. Just email contact@commonotherwise.garden.
Ownership of Content
The text and design of this site belong to Commonotherwise Septic or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.
Limits on Our Liability
The law sets the outer limit here. Within it, Commonotherwise Septic is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is." We give no warranties of any kind.
Changes
We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
