Grow Your Plumbing and Septic Business
Commonotherwise Septic is a referral service. Homeowners come to us with septic and sewer problems. We pass those requests to independent providers.
If you run your own business and want more homeowner calls, we should talk. You keep your name, your prices and your way of working. You are not an employee. You are a provider.
Who We Are Looking For
We want providers who do the work well and treat homeowners fairly. That includes businesses offering:
- Septic tank pumping and emergency septic cleaning
- Septic system repair, including drainfield repair
- Sewer line repair services
- Water well service
You should serve Pittsburgh or part of the Pittsburgh area. Experience with older homes helps. Stone and block foundations, full basements and aging tanks are common here. So are hard winters.
What We Expect
Homeowners are trusting a stranger with their house. We expect providers to earn that trust.
- Hold every license, permit and insurance policy your area requires.
- Answer homeowner requests promptly.
- Explain the problem in plain words.
- Give quotes in writing.
- Do the work as quoted, and talk first if the scope changes.
- Respect the home and yard.
You are responsible for your own work, pricing and paperwork. Commonotherwise Septic does not do the work and does not supervise it.
We cannot promise any number of requests. Demand shifts with the season and the weather.
